SAFETY AND SALON PROTOCOLS

York Region Public Health still encourages everyone to continue wearing a mask if you are in crowds, close contact or confined spaces with poor ventilation, or not feeling well.

All tools, equipment and areas will be disinfected and sanitized after each client.

Our staff will  wear masks when necessary. If you would prefer your stylist to wear a mask, please let us know and we will be happy to abide. 

Kindly wear a mask or reschedule your appointment if you are experiencing flu or cold like symptoms.

Typically, our haircut appointments are booked every 15 minutes,

if you require additional services along with a haircut, please let us know so that we may schedule your appointment accordingly.  

If you are unable to make your appointment, please try to notify us 10-24hrs prior to that appointment to allow us the chance to schedule another appointment in your slot.

Your appointment will be rescheduled if you are more than 5 minutes late.
